The conversation talked about using the data to raise testing. DIBELS and BRI were reviewed. We also talked about what range of kids on the BRI and DIBELS report were instructional, frustration, etc levels cross referenced with Title and Spec Ed. services. Kris reviewed the identification process for Title. Leslie mentioned a color coded ITBS report that showed a specific student trend as potentially being helpful. Greg shared the information used to identify the target group for Lucia Reading Interventions. Marc also mentioned they have noticed peaks and valleys in MAP scores and are talking about possible causes at the middle school. Greg also shared the 8th grade proficiency targets and district trajectory with district scores.

3. Ideas for future interventions.

We spent a lot of time trying to define what we wanted to accomplish. The discussion was to focus on defining high quality K-12 core instruction. We also talked about the prioritization of resources.
4. Ideas for using sub days related to Ed Jobs Funding.
We talked about utilizing the sub days to move K-12 core instruction forward.
